Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BOYA account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
